1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the website https://arengineeringworks.com (the “Site”) or engaging AR Engineering Services (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) for any project, service, or product, you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (the “Agreement”). If you do not agree, please do not use our Site or services.
2. Scope of Services
AR Engineering Services provides the following categories of engineering and manufacturing solutions:

All services are subject to project-specific quotations, technical specifications, and agreed timelines.
3. Quotations and Proposals
- All quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance, unless otherwise stated in the quotation.
- Quotations are based on the information provided by the Client at the time of request. Any change in project scope, specifications, or site conditions may result in a revised quotation.
- A quotation becomes a legally binding contract only when:
- Signed (physically or electronically) by both parties, AND
- The required advance payment has been received by the Company.
4. Payments and Invoicing

5. Project Timelines and Delivery
- Project timelines provided in quotations are estimates based on current workload, material availability, and client cooperation.
- The Company will make every reasonable effort to meet agreed deadlines. However, the Company is not liable for delays caused by:
- Late approvals, information, or access from the Client
- Material, component, or supply chain disruptions from third parties
- Force Majeure events (including but not limited to: natural disasters, fires, floods, wars, strikes, lockouts, government actions, pandemics, or any other event beyond the Company’s reasonable control)
- The Company shall notify the Client as soon as reasonably practicable of any anticipated delay.
6. Warranties and Guarantees

Exclusions: Warranty does not cover damage caused by:
- Misuse, abuse, or improper operation
- Unauthorized repairs or modifications
- Normal wear and tear, consumable parts (e.g., belts, filters, cutting tools)
- Accidents, neglect, or failure to follow maintenance guidelines
Warranty Claim Process: Client must notify the Company in writing within 7 days of discovering the defect. The Company will then, at its option: (a) repair the defective item, (b) replace it, or (c) issue a credit for the defective portion.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AR Engineering Services shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including but not limited to: lost profits, production downtime, data loss, or damage to reputation)
- Any delay caused by third-party suppliers or Client actions
- Any claim exceeding the total amount paid by the Client for the specific project from which the claim arises
This limitation of liability applies regardless of the legal theory (contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise) and whether or not the Company has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
8. Intellectual Property
- All engineering designs, drawings, technical documents, software, and other intellectual property created by AR Engineering Services (whether preliminary or final) remain the exclusive property of the Company until full payment has been received.
- Upon full payment, the Client receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license to use the deliverables for the specific project for which they were created.
- The Client shall not reproduce, distribute, or reverse-engineer the Company’s intellectual property without prior written consent.
9. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation by the Company: The Company reserves the right to cancel a project if:
- The Client materially breaches these Terms (and fails to cure within 10 days of notice)
- The Client fails to make timely payments
- The Company is unable to perform due to Force Majeure
In case of Company-initiated cancellation before work begins, the advance payment will be fully refunded.
10. Indemnification
The Client agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AR Engineering Services, its officers, employees, and subcontractors from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to:
- Client’s breach of these Terms & Conditions
- Client’s misuse of the Company’s deliverables or services
- Client’s violation of any applicable laws or third-party rights
11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
- These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
- Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, the services provided, or the Agreement shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiations between the parties.
- If the dispute cannot be resolved within 30 days, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) or an agreed-upon arbitration body. The arbitration shall take place in Pakistan, and the language of arbitration shall be English or Urdu.
- Jurisdiction: For any matter not subject to arbitration, the courts of Pakistan shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
12. Entire Agreement and Severability
- These Terms & Conditions, together with any applicable quotation or Statement of Work, constitute the entire agreement between the Client and AR Engineering Services with respect to the subject matter.
- If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
13. Amendments
The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time by posting the amended terms on this page with an updated “Effective Date.” For active projects, material changes will be communicated via email to the Client’s designated contact.
